What You'll Own

You'll become the operational heartbeat of the business.

• Building, documenting, and improving company systems and SOPs
• Identifying inefficiencies and eliminating operational bottlenecks
• Leveraging AI to improve productivity, customer experience, marketing, design, and internal workflows
• Working closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives
• Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, Customer Success, and Production
• Improving communication and accountability across departments
• Negotiating with vendors, freelancers, software providers, and strategic partners
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, team development, and performance management
• Helping build an incredible company culture where high performers thrive
• Creating dashboards, KPIs, reporting systems, and operational visibility
• Managing and improving internal software, automations, and business processes
• Supporting branding, marketing campaigns, product launches, and creative initiatives
• Leading projects from idea to execution
• Continuously finding ways to make the business faster, smarter, and more profitable
• Government Contracts
• Leveraging our value to win high value clients for LTV
